Butter Prawn-dish




Ingredients :
- 250 grams of medium-sized prawns
- 15 eggs (take the yolk only)
-15 grams of chilli
- 20 grams of curry leaves
-1 kg of cooking oil
-500 grams of butter
-1 kg of cornflour
- a little amount of evaporated milk
- a little amount of salt
- a little amount of oyster sauce


How To Make?


1 .  Mix butter and cooking oil together. When the oil heated,put in egg's yolk and then stir.
2.  In the meanwhile, prawns are marinated with evaporated milk,salt and oyster sauce and then mixed with cornflour. After that, fried them.
3.  After the yolk half-crisped,put in curry leaves,chilli and seasoning-powder.
4.  Pour the oil together with the fried materials onto the prawns.
5. After that,it is ready to serve..........
